About

What We Do

We embrace the value investment principles of Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, and Charles Munger.  We aim to achieve superior returns by being long-term owners of high quality companies with substantial “economic moat”, great growth potential, and run by trust-worthy people.

We invest in a variety of industries including industrials, manufacturing, paper and packaging, building materials, specialty distribution and services industries in the United States, in family owned, founder owned or small group of operating partner companies. As long-term value investors, we are able to invest at any point in the economic cycle. This open-investment mandate enables us to focus solely on asset value creation.

As nimble investors, we work closely with a select few partners, raising capital from what we call our family of investors. Longstanding partnerships include family capital & high net worth individuals investors.

We buy family owned, founder owned and small group of operating partner companies.

We build security around the business you’ve built over time through caring what happens to your company next.

Build Strong Businesses

Caring for PEOPLE, day in and day out.

We’re proud that the acquisitions and investment solutions we provide help bring many of life’s daily necessities - toilet tissue and wet wipes, corrugated boxes, cans of soft drinks, bags of dog food, containers of yogurt, pharmaceuticals, envelopes and more - to people across the globe. But that’s just what we do.

What truly defines us as a business is how we do it, and that’s by fostering a caring, trusting, nurturing organizational culture through which people feel safe to express their ideas and share their gifts and talents. We understand that most fundamental of human needs: to know that who we are and what we do matter. Through our business, we have the unique opportunity to let our team members know that they do. And when they feel valued and cared for at work, they return home and enjoy better relationships with their loved ones, friends, neighbors and others.
